Vote Record:
Reports must include shares voted and vote record (including abstentions)

Records must cover the period July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024
Wide Reporting Net:
Reports are required from RIAs over $100m in AUM and management investment co.'s (excl. N-5 filers)
Public Disclosure:
All N-PX filings are publicly available on EDGAR
